

As an academic institution, the MTI is committed to conducting its affairs in an environment that is conducive to learning, teaching, research and professional practice.
Therefore, it is important that both facilitators and students abide by a set of rules that will assist in determining academic harmony. Students who breach these regulations will be asked to leave.
Students are not permitted to attend courses for which they are not registered, nor can they take two courses that meet concurrently. Regular and prompt attendance of all classes is expected of all studets.
Plagiarism, cheating and other forms of academic dishonest are prohibited. Students guilty of academic misconduct, either directly or indirectly through participation or assistance, are immediately responsible to the facilitator of the class. Breaches for academic or non academic regulartions will be handled under the Grievance Procedure.
Students are expected to follow acceptable standards of dress and proper grooming.
All beepers, pagers and cellular phones must be turned off when entering a classroom.
Only currently enrolled students are authorized to be in classrooms, expect for situations involving a disability. Children, spouses, or other relatives are not permitted, except by express permission of the Principal.
